OUR DEPARTMENTS

1. Inbound Travel

The inbound department is the focal point that provides services to our international agents and independent online enquiries. An extensive selection of standard itineraries is readily available with guaranteed departure dates and pricing for both the international agent and direct inquiries through the internet. An FIT department specializes in providing tailor-made itineraries and price quotations to suit the requirements of any traveler. This department also includes the professional guides/drivers (the majority who speak a foreign language other than English) and meet & greet service.

2. Local Travel

This department serves all our local clientele contacting us either through direct office visits, email or telephone. This department specializes in tour to various destinations within Africa and provides packages for domestic flights, bus, train and hotel reservations.

3. Outbound Travel

This department works hand in hand with our international tour operators and thus it is an agency on its own right! We offer airline ticketing, international ground packages, coach & cruise holidays, rail and bus transport reservations and more. All international packages are available to our international clients who wish to extend their adventure to include other various destinations within Africa and beyond.

4. Transport Logistics

This department forms the core of our services. Whatever the situation, you definitely have to move, thus we run coaches, safari mini-vans and overland 4X4 for this purpose. Drivers and guides fall here. They are tasked with ensuring that you have a fond memory of your east African adventure.
