Meet and greet at the airport

   
Whether you’re arriving or departing, our services will make your journey much easier and comfortable.
 

Services available at Jomo Kenyatta and Moi International Airport in Nairobi and Mombasa respectively.This service includes:
  • A warm welcome upon arrival or departure
  • Assistance and guidance in airport clearance through related formalities
  • Provision of special hand baggage trolleys (Subject to availability)
  • Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (Subject to availability and in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)
      On Departures
  • Passengers avail of the facilities of the exclusive Taste of Africa Tours and Safaris Departure Check-in Lounge located at Departures check in area including light refreshments and a selection of reading materials*
  • Escort through Check in, immigration and security formalities
      On Arrivals
  • Handover visas or other essential documents to passengers
  • Escort through immigration formalities and security screening
  • Assistance at the baggage belt area
  • Handover the passengers to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals.
